Shannon
Hi, 7! I’m Shannon, founder of community fitness and lifestyle brand SULVNS, built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident, supported, and welcomed in our community that extends beyond the gym.
We’re bringing together SWEAT, STYLE, SOCIALS and STORIES under one lifestyle because SULVNS is about more than what you wear or what happens in the gym. It’s about the people you meet, the experiences you share and the stories you create along the way.

Elise
Hi, 7! I’m Elise, a mum, with a background in Psychology, Criminology and Forensic Psychology, and a genuine passion for understanding people and what makes us who we are. Through my work supporting young people with mental health difficulties and additional needs, I’ve seen just how much kindness, encouragement and feeling like you belong can mean to someone. It’s taught me that everyone has their own story, and sometimes having the right people around you can make all the difference. That’s something I really connect with at SULVNS. To me, it’s about so much more than fitness or fashion; it’s about bringing people together, building confidence and creating a space where everyone feels welcome, supported and free to be themselves. I’m so excited to be part of a community that celebrates individuality, connection and growing together.

Lily
Hi, 7! I’m Lily, a creative with over 10 years of experience in the design world. What started as an exchange of creative skills with Shannon has grown into something I genuinely believe in. From bringing clothing designs to life to shaping the visual identity of SULVNS, I love helping turn ideas into reality.
My connection to SULVNS goes beyond the creative side. After years of struggling with consistency in my own fitness journey, working with Shannon has helped me change my mindset and keep making progress. It was on our trip to Snowdon that I truly experienced the power of the SULVNS community, surrounded by people who encouraged me to achieve something I never thought possible. Now, I want to help bring that same sense of connection, encouragement and possibility to others.
