1. Order Production and Processing

We operate a dropshipping business and work with our third-party fulfilment provider, Shirt Monkey, to produce and ship our products.

Whilst we always aim to process and fulfil your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 working days for production and processing, in addition to the shipping time.

As our products may be made to order, production times can vary depending on the product and order volume. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom for all product sizes and types.

• Estimated shipping time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Shipping destination: United Kingdom
• Eligible items: All sizes and types

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated using the rates provided by our third-party shipping and fulfilment provider, Shirt Monkey.

Our current standard shipping rates for the United Kingdom are:

• First item: £2.72
• Each additional item: £1.51

The first-item rate applies to the first product in your order, with the additional-item rate applied to each subsequent product.

Shipping charges are based on our provider's pricing structure and may change if Shirt Monkey updates its shipping rates or services.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total time from placing your order to receiving it includes both production and shipping.

Please allow the following estimated timeframes:

• Production and processing: Up to 7 working days
• Standard shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Estimated total delivery time: Up to 10 working days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

5. Order Fulfilment and Tracking

Once your order has completed production and has been dispatched by Shirt Monkey, tracking information may be provided where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delays and Customer Support

Although we aim to process and fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can investigate with our fulfilment provider.
